All customers are prompted to enter their billing address for both billing and shipping information. We only ship to the cardholder's billing address.

If you decide to make an additional order and wish to combine shipping, please contact us immediately. We’ll make every effort to combine orders and correct shipping charges. 

DELIVERY

Please allow 2-3 business days (*Monday through Friday, not including weekends or holidays) for order processing and verification. Once completed, your order will be shipped out using the selected shipping method at the time of check out. Your order should also reach you according to the time frame of the selected shipping method. Although we try to avoid it, expect processing days to possibly reach 3-4 business days during peak holidays or immediately after a collection drop.

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY

Once your order leaves the United States, more detailed tracking information may also be found on the website of your country's designated postal service. For items shipped via First Class Mail International, tracking information may only be provided up until the package departs the United States.

We are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged shipments.  We are not responsible for issues caused by incorrect billing/shipping information provided by customer upon checkout. We are not responsible for delayed shipments caused by the shipping carrier. The buyer assumes all responsibilities of claims made with the shipping carrier.
